Any cause of action by you with respect to the site (and/or any information or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Privacy Policy regarding Application
Balfour Beatty Communities, LLC serves as a property manager and agent for the landlord, Fort Carson Family Homes, 6800 Prussman Boulevard, Fort Carson, CO 80913. In connection with the services we provide to the landlord, we assist in the administration of Applications for Residency, which may require that we collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources on the landlord’s behalf:
Information received from you on your Application for Residency.
Information received from you on other forms that may be submitted to the landlord.
Information received from a Credit Reporting Agency, with your consent and approval The types of personal information that may be requested from you, collected and used may include your, and, if applicable, your spouse’s (or other proposed named lessees on your lease):
1. Name, email address, home address, and telephone number
2. Driver’s license and license plate number
3. Social Security Number or other identification number
4. Employment information, income and asset information
By completing the Application for Residency we provide to you on behalf of the landlord, you acknowledge and consent to this privacy policy. The information collected will be used by the landlord to determine approval or rejection of your Application and, if the Application is approved, is used in connection with administrative matters regarding any lease agreement you may enter into and in connection with your tenancy. To effectuate these business purposes and as consented to in the Application, the information collected also will be communicated to the landlord and its affiliates. In addition, we may be obligated to disclose your personal information in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, or other legal action; as required by law or regulation, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect us, our affiliates, other tenants, or the general public.
Other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy, any nonpublic personal information about you will not be disclosed to anyone without your consent. Precaution is taken to protect your personal information. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job function are allowed access to your personal information. Our electronic data is stored in a secure environment. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant that the personal information or private communications you transmit to us will always remain private, and you do so at your own risk. Information regarding you, obtained from a Credit Reporting Agency with your consent, is not maintained by us.
